My review of the Speed Jump Rope

When I was in school I enjoyed jump roping with my friends or when I was by myself. Jump roping was so much fun!! Since then I haven't jump rope in years! Now that I'm older I'm always looking for fun exercises I can do at home. When I received this jump rope my kids was like Momma you can't jump rope! So being the mom I am,I had to prove them wrong! I started jump roping in front of my kids and did the little tricks I use to do has a kid;jumping with one leg,jump roping backwards,etc. My kids were so shocked that they had to run tell their dad that momma knows how to jump rope! Momma can jump rope fast! Yes I did great,but it was a lot harder to jump rope since I'm older. But anyways this jump rope was easy to handle and use. It was easy to set the desire height. It's very well made and will last along time. I'm glad I found a fun exercise I can do on a daily basics. This jump rope is amazingly fun to use!
